Can't wait for the draw? Look for the "Buy Direct" links on any Roffle to secure the item instantly from our retail partners.
Step 2: Get Your Tickets
- The Instant Route (Paid): Purchase tickets directly via our secure checkout. Tip: Buying multiple tickets often unlocks an exclusive Brand Perk (like a discount code) or access to partner offers.
- The Postal Route (Free): Roffle is for everyone. You can enter any draw for free via our postal route. Simply generate your unique Ticket ID in your account, affix it to a postcard, and mail it to Roffle HQ.
Step 3: The Countdown
To ensure fairness for everyone—including those entering by post—every Roffle stays live for a minimum of 5 working days. Ticket sales close at the time stated on the individual Roffle page.
Step 4: The Roffle Guarantee
We believe in winners. If a Roffle doesn't reach its minimum ticket threshold, we don't just cancel it. We turn the prize into a 70% Cash Jackpot of the total ticket sales. This means one lucky person always walks away with a win, regardless of the ticket volume.
Step 5: The Processing Gap
Following a short 'Processing Gap' (to ensure every last postcard is scanned into the system), the draw takes place on the next working day during our scheduled draw windows.
Step 6: Provably Fair Results
We use Drand, a public randomness beacon, to select every winner. Because Drand is independent of Roffle, the result is tamper-proof, transparent, and can be verified by anyone using our public algorithm.
Step 7: Claim Your Prize
If you win, we’ll email you immediately. You have 7 days to claim your prize. Items are shipped directly to your door by our brand partners or official retailers. Please note: Roffle is currently exclusive to UK residents, and prizes can only be shipped to valid UK postal addresses.
