THE BASICS
How do I enter a Roffle? You can enter any live Roffle in two ways:
- Paid Entry: Purchase tickets directly on the Roffle page via Stripe.
- Postal Entry: Follow our free entry route by generating a unique QR code on the Roffle page and mailing it to us on a postcard.
How long does a Roffle last? To ensure everyone (including postal entrants) has a fair chance to get involved, Roffles typically run for a minimum of 5 days. Most of our draws close at Midnight on the closing date.
What are "Brand Partner Perks"? Roffle isn't just about the big win. We often partner with brands to offer "Perks" (like exclusive discount codes or affiliate links). Usually, if you purchase more than one ticket in a single transaction and agree to hear from the brand, you'll unlock an instant reward.
PRIZES
Who supplies the prizes on Roffle? Most of our prizes are supplied directly by our Brand Partners—the names you see on the listing. However, to ensure there is always a great selection of high-heat items available, Roffle also sources and lists prizes directly. Regardless of the source, every item is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and brand new.
Do I still get a Perk if Roffle supplies the prize? "Brand Partner Perks" are typically provided by our external partners as a thank-you for entering their specific draws. For items listed directly by Roffle, a Perk may not always be available unless specifically mentioned on the listing page.
THE DRAW & THE WIN
When is the winner announced? If a Roffle closes at Midnight, the official draw takes place at Midday (12:00 PM) the following working day. This gives our team time to process the morning's post and ensure every valid entry is in the digital hat before the draw begins.
How do I know if I've won? We'll send an email to the winner immediately after the draw. You'll then have 7 days to claim your prize, so keep an eye on your inbox!
Can a Roffle be cancelled? In rare cases, if a Roffle doesn't reach a minimum number of participants to make it viable, we or the brand partner may cancel it. If this happens, every paid entrant receives a full refund automatically.
FREE POSTAL ENTRIES
How do I enter for free?
- Create a Roffle account.
- Generate your unique Postal Entry QR Code on the Roffle page.
- Print and stick that code onto a postcard (one code per card!).
- Mail it to: Roffle, PO Box 2150, Preston, PR5 9EN.
Are there limits on free entries? You can send as many postcards as you like! However, each postcard must contain a unique QR code generated from your account. Multiple entries sent in one envelope will not be accepted.
THE PERKS
How do I unlock a Brand Partner Perk? Perks are unlocked by purchasing two or more tickets in a single transaction for a Roffle that offers them. Once you meet the ticket threshold and agree to share your email with the Brand Partner, your Perk is issued instantly.
Can I get a Perk with a Free Postal Entry? No. Brand Partner Perks are specifically designed as retail incentives for purchasing customers. While free entries give you a fair shot at winning the main prize, the instant "Perks" are only available via the paid entry route.
TRUST & REFUNDS
Is Roffle actually random? Yes, and we can prove it. We use an independent network called Drand to generate our winning numbers. Unlike a private "spinning wheel" app, Drand is a public "randomness beacon" that no one—including us—can influence or predict.
Can I get a refund on my tickets? You can request a refund for paid tickets up until 30 minutes before the draw takes place. Once the draw process has started, we can no longer issue refunds.
